2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what happens to personal data you give us through www.enviyzon.com — the public marketing website. Data processed inside the ENVIYZON application on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer’s own agreement with us, not by this policy.

We do not collect special-category data through this website, and we ask you not to include patient-level, clinical, or otherwise confidential information in the contact form.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. There is therefore no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts are served from this website itself, not from a third-party font CDN, so visiting these pages sends your IP address to no one but our host.
If you add analytics later (Google Analytics, Plausible, or similar), this section must be rewritten and, for any non-essential cookie, a consent banner becomes a legal requirement in the UK and EU.
5. Who else sees your data
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the site:
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes contact-form submissions, which are stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us. Netlify also processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and availability. See their privacy policy.
- Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) — hosts the mailbox that receives your enquiry. See their privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Some of these providers operate outside the UK/EEA; where they do, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for [RETENTION PERIOD — e.g. 24 months] from our last contact with you, then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
7. Your rights
We are established in India and are subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where we handle personal data of visitors in the UK or the EEA, the UK and EU GDPR apply to that processing as well. Under those regimes you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, email demo@enviyzon.com. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in India, the Data Protection Board established under the DPDP Act.
8. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us confidential commercial or clinical information through the contact form.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
